📋 Description

• Ruby Labs is looking for an experienced Risk Team Lead. • Lead a talented team focused on identifying and mitigating risks, preventing fraud, and driving data-informed strategies that protect users and business. • Ensure achievement of key performance indicators and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a risk-related role within high-risk domains such as subscription services, gaming, fintech, or similar industries. • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing fraud prevention programs. • Strong command of SQL, with the ability to create and manage data reports and dashboards. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Solid understanding of subscription-based business models and common fraud patterns. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and coordination. • Nice to have: Experience with fraud detection tools and machine learning solutions. • Nice to have: Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to risk and fraud. • Nice to have: Previous exposure to chargeback management and customer dispute resolution.
