• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products. • Looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth optimizing user registration and payments. • Requires direct experience in managing and improving web funnels in a B2C environment. • Responsibilities include funnel optimization, data-driven strategy, testing roadmap, collaboration, and ownership of results.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment. • 4+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models. • Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests specifically for web-based funnels. • Experience leading growth initiatives with a focus on improving CR, LTV, and other performance metrics. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and data science teams. • Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and meet strict quarterly KPIs. • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset, aiming to understand pain points and optimize user experience. • Experience in building and executing strategic roadmaps for growth testing. • Familiarity with leading agile software development ceremonies is a plus.
