β’ 6+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models. β’ Expertise in conversion rate optimization, ideally for a D2C, subscription-based web apps β’ Experience in D2C subscription-based industry (ideally health & fitness, entertainment or gaming) β’ Strong level of spoken and written English. β’ Proficiency in key web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Posthog, Mixpanel), web testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Apptimize, GrowthBook etc.) β’ Analytical data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of data visualization techniques. β’ Create and review user stories (inc. granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, QA) β’ Expert knowledge of various testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementally testing, usability testing). β’ Experience as an end-to-end owner of the product development life cycle from inception through planning to launch. β’ Experience building products for Web experiences. β’ Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana β’ Proficiency in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
