• Able empowers individuals to achieve lasting weight goals and optimal health through a personalized program unlike any other. • Join our team as a Senior Growth Manager and take the lead in optimizing user activation, retention, revenue, and customer lifetime value (CLV) across our product portfolio. • We're seeking a data-driven professional to drive continuous product experimentation and iteration, directly influencing Able's revenue targets. • If you're passionate about growth and ready to make a significant impact, this role is for you. • Build a roadmap and take product concepts from ideas through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration. • Setting and ensuring KPIs in product-related metrics, such as activation, retention, referrals, revenue, and CLV. • Maximize landing page, site and funnel experiences by identifying trends, customer insights, opportunities to scale customized experiences, and new areas to test. • Drive the A/B testing program with a focus on implementing strategies that improve conversion rates.
Requirements
• 6+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models. • Expertise in conversion rate optimization, ideally for a D2C, subscription-based web apps. • Experience in D2C subscription-based industry (ideally health & fitness, entertainment or gaming). • Strong level of spoken and written English. • Proficiency in key web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Posthog, Mixpanel), web testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Apptimize, GrowthBook etc.). • Analytical data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of data visualization techniques. • Create and review user stories (inc. granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, QA). • Expert knowledge of various testing methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementally testing, usability testing). • Experience as an end-to-end owner of the product development life cycle from inception through planning to launch. • Experience building products for Web experiences. • Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
