β’ Ruby Labs is looking for a Mid UI/UX Engineer to design and implement user interfaces. β’ The role requires ownership of UI structure and coding without a separate designer. β’ The candidate should thrive in a results-driven, autonomous, and intuitive UI building environment.
π― Requirements
β’ 2+ years of frontend development experience (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind). β’ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work within structured design systems. β’ Experience with UI component libraries (NextUI, HeroUI, or similar). β’ Ability to design and structure UI without relying on a dedicated designer. β’ Proficiency in HTML & CSS, writing clean, maintainable code. β’ Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Visily) to work with assets. β’ Experience with version control systems (Git). β’ Portfolio showcasing at least 5 projects where you handled both UI design and frontend implementation. β’ Nice to have: Experience working with design systems and component-based architecture. β’ Background in D2C product development or performance marketing. β’ Experience optimizing accessibility and usability.
