Description

• We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being. • This role will lead 4-5 application development teams at Rula that build patient and provider experiences and integrate with key third-party software. • You will lead engineering efforts to assess and improve third-party integrations to improve scale, security, and reliability. • You will have a leadership voice across engineering and into parts of the business in areas related to application development. • You will act as the primary leadership contact to third-party technical partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering, 8+ in engineering leadership roles, at least 2 years managing managers • At least 8 years experience working in application development teams (as an engineer or manager) • Experience managing third-party integrations that are in the critical path of operations • Experience building or leading teams in a SaaS environment, ideally in AWS • Experience leading teams in a scrum agile environment
