Description

β€’ We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being. β€’ This role will lead 4-5 application development teams at Rula that build patient and provider experiences and integrate with key third-party software. β€’ You will lead engineering efforts to assess and improve third-party integrations to improve scale, security, and reliability. β€’ You will have a leadership voice across engineering and into parts of the business in areas related to application development. β€’ You will act as the primary leadership contact to third-party technical partners.

Requirements

β€’ 12+ years in software engineering, 8+ in engineering leadership roles, at least 2 years managing managers β€’ At least 8 years experience working in application development teams (as an engineer or manager) β€’ Experience managing third-party integrations that are in the critical path of operations β€’ Experience building or leading teams in a SaaS environment, ideally in AWS β€’ Experience leading teams in a scrum agile environment
