🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or relevant experience. • 10+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer or Software Architect. • 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or management roles. • Experience with service-oriented architecture and cloud-based technologies. • Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability, observability, and maintainability best practices. • Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering talent. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with broader company goals. • Experience working in agile development environments. • Experience working on cross-functional teams. • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement innovative technical solutions.
