📋 Description

• RunPod is pioneering the future of AI and machine learning, offering cutting-edge cloud infrastructure for full-stack AI applications. • As part of the Engineering Team, work closely with customers to ensure a seamless and delightful Runpod experience. • Focus on providing technical insights, resolving challenges, and building trust with customers. • Support the growth of our cloud platform, ensuring customers experience seamless operations. • Address technical challenges, guide onboarding, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams. • Play a key role in solving technical challenges, shaping customer experience, and driving product improvements. • Troubleshoot and resolve critical or complex technical issues escalated by customers. • Utilize various tools and methods to deliver solutions or workarounds. • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Participate in sales meetings with customers to explain technologies and provide recommendations. • Assist the support team in troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical tickets. • Contribute to product development and testing efforts by relaying customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in deploying and managing AI/ML models as service, with a strong understanding of training, fine-tuning, inference, and deployment. • 3+ years of software development experience in JavaScript, Go (Golang), or Python. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Successful completion of a background check

• The competitive base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $140,000.
