📋 Description
• Rush Street Interactive leads online casino and sports betting, seeking a Director of Data Products • This role focuses on data centric product development, internal partnerships, and data-driven decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Thorough understanding of business KPIs and promotional tracking (attribution, incrementality and experimental methods) • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with SQL and visualization/BI tooling • Very familiar with data products and solution concepts (e.g. data pipelines, data warehouse) • Experience driving product development in cross functional collaboration with data engineers, analytic engineers, data scientists, designers, data analyst; using JIRA or similar tool • Bonus points for: • Gaming industry experience • Advanced knowledge of statistical methods for incremental tracking, a/b testing, duration modeling • Direct experience with Salesforce • Familiarity with Snowflake
