🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Insurance Industry or Underwriting • Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; Business Operations, Finance and Risk Management preferred • Prescribed: Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses • Preferred: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
