📋 Description

• The Finance Segment Manager is responsible for a range of financial management functions • Provides key financial analysis, planning, and reporting to support Ryder's corporate and operational goals • Collaborates with senior management to enhance financial performance and drive operational efficiency • Conducts operations audits to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and provides financial training to staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required; Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting functions required • Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and financial reporting • Advanced computer/spreadsheet knowledge in Excel required • Intermediate level skills with MS Word and MS PowerPoint • Functional knowledge of WMS systems and a working understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes
