• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments using tools such as Google Calendar. • Facilitate virtual meetings and communications via platforms like Zoom, Google Documents, and Slack. • Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information. • Draft and proofread various documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all assignments. • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring attention to detail and thorough follow-through on tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a dynamic and collaborative setting. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficiency in using meeting collaboration tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Documents, Slack). • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities. • Acute attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Availability to work on Pacific Time Schedule (PTS).
