📋 Description
• RYZ Labs is looking for a Medical Coding Auditor to join a leading healthcare AI software company. • Focus on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Medical Coding AI solution. • Conduct thorough quality assurance audits of the AI’s coding output. • Collaborate with the product and data teams to improve model performance. • Transition into a customer-facing role after approximately 6 months, guiding clinics on best practices. • Help optimize Medical Coding AI product for healthcare clinics. • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and resolving coding-related questions. • Stay current with industry standards and monitor changes in coding regulations.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of medical coding experience- 2+ years of medical code auditing experience • AAPC Certifications: CPC, CPMA, and CRC (CPC-I is a bonus) • Preferred experience working with several RCM and EHR systems • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments in a remote team environment.
