• Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Ensure alignment with company’s strategic goals, manage timelines, and optimize resources for efficiency. • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. • Drive continuous process improvements in marketing operations, leveraging technology and tools. • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to align campaign objectives and deliverables. • Lead and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. • Act as the central point of contact for campaign-related communications and problem-solving.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a similar role, ideally in a tech company or fast-paced environment. • Proven experience coordinating large-scale marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Solid understanding of agile project management and experience implementing agile processes in marketing teams. • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and measuring campaign success using data-driven insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
