• RYZ Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative for one of our projects. • You will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. • Your primary focus will be to generate new leads and promote and sell the company and services to commercial clients, while also nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. • Contact potential commercial clients. • Connect with potential clients via direct phone calls and follow-up emails and qualify via pre-determined guidelines/rules to understand their needs. • Collaborate with and support internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery. • Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. • Build and maintain strong, client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through the conversion process to the sales team. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our partner´s offerings. • Maintain accurate, updated account records/information by contact in CRM. • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Advanced English Skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). • +3 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales. • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management. • Experience using and maintaining HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and outbound activities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
