• Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay • RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our client's team. • Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams. • Support new business ventures, enhance financial decision-making, and drive growth and profitability. • Prepare and submit reporting packages and financial models. • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Work with department heads to identify and track KPIs. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and insights. • Implement best practices in financial modeling and reporting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related analytical field. • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. • In-depth understanding of complexities associated with e-commerce businesses and operations. • Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and relational databases. • Strong grasp of financial principles, corporate finance, and accounting practices. • Skilled in financial analysis software and tools
