Description

• S-PRO is seeking a .NET Engineer to transition a digital platform. • Ensure knowledge transfer and minimal disruption during the transition. • Maintain and enhance the platform through bug fixes and feature development. • Upgrade platform components for security and compatibility. • Manage CI/CD pipeline and support integration testing using Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality deliverables. • Document processes for efficient knowledge sharing. • Contract spans at least one year.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of .NET development experience. • Hands-on experience with .NET Framework (4.0+), ASP.NET Core | Open-source web framework for .NET MVC, Razor, and WPF. • Proficiency with Umbraco CMS or similar CMS platforms. • Strong skills in SQL Server, T-SQL, and Entity Framework. • Technical Skills: Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services and Azure DevOps. • Familiarity with Angular, jQuery, and legacy JavaScript libraries (e.g., Ajax Control Toolkit). • Proficiency in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of integration testing and related tools. • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a distributed team. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy applications. • Upper Intermediate+ English proficiency. • Will Be a Plus: Experience with Python for minor code adjustments. • Familiarity with Reporting Services and 3rd-party JS libraries. • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. • Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript). • Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices. • Tools also used by the client so would be great if candidates have this knowledge: Dynamics CRM, Magento E-commerce, Navision ERP, WPF (or at least MAUI, WinForms).
