• At least 4 years of experience in similar position • Experience with sourcing techniques and extensions • Experience with Bulgaria and Serbia market • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles • Ability to close position Middle/Senior level • Skill to conduct HR Interviews using such methods as STAR or case interviews • Creativity and fresh thinking • Excellent communication skills • High level of self-organization, responsibility • Time management skill
