Description

• Build long-term relationships with clients. • Investigate and determine client needs, introduce strategy, plan ahead and keep them in the loop regarding to the latest developments. • Maintaining a strong relationship with a client means addressing their issues, concerns, or questions in a thoughtful, timely manner. • Act as point of contact for clients for online product sales opportunities. • Attend sales meetings, prepare and hold presentations, provide professional support for sales colleagues; • Create and track quotations, product-side support for closing sales processes; • Arrange contracts; • Facilitate and manage the definition and delivery of the vision and goals of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in connection with digital products. • Communication skills – communicating thoughtfully, accurately, and efficiently is necessary for establishing relationships; corresponding in person, over the phone, or through email; preparing presentations and comprehensive reports • Presentation skills – part of the online sales manager’s job is to secure new clients, which can be achieved through pitches and presentations. A successful online sales manager knows how to deliver an engaging presentation tailored specifically to the client • Commitment towards the company - it takes dedication to stay engaged and keep moving forward. • Independent user in English speaking skills, able to hold a business meeting in English. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Proficiency with personal computers including MS Office platforms • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
