• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs • Lead and develop high-performing marketing teams across functions • Manage the demand generation budget and performance reporting • Track and optimize marketing performance metrics • Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance • Collaborate with product teams on messaging and positioning
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years managing global teams • Proven success in SaaS industry, specifically in SMB and Mid-Market segments • Strong proficiency with marketing technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau) • Deep understanding of current SaaS marketing trends and best practices • Experience in optimizing marketing spend and improving campaign performance • Track record of successful partnership with sales teams • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making • Experience with Account Based Marketing strategies • Scrappy hands-on “Player/Coach” mentality • Ability to frequently travel nationally and internationally, including occasional weekend and holidays • Bonus points: Experience in CCaaS or related SaaS markets • Experience marketing to SMB and mid-market segments • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments • International marketing experience • Marketing automation certifications • Background in marketing analytics and attribution modeling • MBA or relevant advanced degree
