β€’ Be the owner of all strategic sponsors to global events β€’ Execute sponsorship fulfillment and communicate all timelines and deliverables to accounts β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships β€’ Educate and drive adoption of SaaStr's sponsorship offerings β€’ Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to sponsors β€’ Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

β€’ BS/BA or equivalent > 3.0 years of experience managing clients post-sales β€’ Experience in an account management capacity β€’ Passion for building relationships with clients β€’ Expert on client relationship management β€’ High attention to detail β€’ Experience working with Salesforce a plus
