β’ Be the owner of all strategic sponsors to global events β’ Execute sponsorship fulfillment and communicate all timelines and deliverables to accounts β’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships β’ Educate and drive adoption of SaaStr's sponsorship offerings β’ Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to sponsors β’ Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
β’ BS/BA or equivalent > 3.0 years of experience managing clients post-sales β’ Experience in an account management capacity β’ Passion for building relationships with clients β’ Expert on client relationship management β’ High attention to detail β’ Experience working with Salesforce a plus
