• Manage sales engineering team in the Americas • Serve as technical advisor during sales cycle • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery • Partner with product management to communicate value proposition • Analyze sales engineering metrics and optimize performance
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred • Minimum 5-7 years of progressively senior leadership • Hands-on experience in Pricing & Revenue Management and related areas • Experience in using either Sabre or competitor solutions in the area • Extensive understanding of the market landscape in Aviation, including knowledge of the competitive landscape in Airline IT, key trends, opportunities, and challenges of modern retailing • Proven experience of pre-sale engagements at the C-level • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization • Strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills • Operates with extensive latitude and being resourceful to overcome challenges and to accomplish goals
