• Managing strategic customer initiatives to include SabreRed 360 and NDC testing, rollout and adoption • Coordinate and share best practices with other PTCs across the organization • Propose changes in products and/or services that result in increased efficiency or adoption by the customer • Provide project management guidance and oversight of key engagements to ensure successful implementations • Provide issue resolution in a timely manner • Develop a strong relationship with other internal teams to ensure alignment, communication and adherence to shared vision of our strategic customer base • Share results and feedback from key customer engagements with internal teams • Provide customer advocacy internally through product development discussions • Drive Sabre product investment alignment with the customer’s needs
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • General understanding of the travel industry and ecosystem • Proficient knowledge and hands on experience with Sabre products, including NDC • Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills • Familiarity with mid/back office tools and corporate/leisure online booking tools • Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task to support multiple customers in a virtual setting • Professional level of written and verbal English skills
