📋 Description
• Involved from project award to completion • Manage the day-to-day cost controls requirements for assigned projects • Develop custom reporting tools for unique client requirements • Develop and establish robust standards for projects • Work closely with accounting for accurate reporting of project costs • Collaborate with Project Managers on maintaining project budgets and schedules • Acts as the ERP system subject matter expert (Ajera - Deltek) • Support and train others on ERP best practices • Ensure logical structures for project cost and schedule reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Accounting or Finance • Project Controls experience – minimum 5 years • Membership in AACEI is an advantage • Technical expert in excel and SQL - xLookups, Pivot Tables, and database queries • Previous experience with ERP systems • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills • Previous experience in a consulting engineering environment is considered an asset • Familiarity with the different contracting strategies encountered on EPC and EPCM projects in North America • Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management and Risk Analyses Techniques • Sound communication skills, fluency in English a must, French is considered an asset
