📋 Description
• Accountable for overall delivery of multiple small and major projects • Proficient in strategic, tactical and managerial matters during project execution • Engage client organizations, develop execution strategies, deliver projects with certainty • Establish project plan defining goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing, and deliverables • Review and approve work breakdowns, cost estimates, schedules, and project changes • Build a high performing project team by motivating and mentoring team members • Manage project scope, risks, commitments, project performance and communication with clients • Organize quality assurance and project reviews
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of project delivery experience on heavy industrial projects • Experience delivering major projects (to 200MM TIC) • Experience delivering multiple projects concurrently • Experienced with all project phases from concept to completion • Skilled at writing proposals, estimating effort, developing schedules (using MS Projects) • Preference for experience in delivering projects with Ports and Marine, General Industrial, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing • Preference for experience in developing/delivering projects using lean/agile project management methods • Exceptional communication and influencing skills • Commercial and Business acumen related to budgeting, managing receivables, scheduling, forecasting and change management • Ability to motivate and mentor project team members • Experience in the development of procedures and workflows to improve project execution • Ability to travel is required • Fluency in English; French and other languages considered an asset
