📋 Description
• Support and manage the development and execution of the Company’s financial and accounting systems. • Maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Manage a team of local market accountants. • Own the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, including accruals and prepayments, for the group. • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team. • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, ensuring timely filing of tax and financial documents. • Produce high-quality monthly financial reports with a thorough review of P&L and balance sheet positions.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance controller role. • 2 years experience managing a small team. • Experience working with multinational companies is preferred. • Proven experience in designing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments. • Advanced data analysis skills to interpret and evaluate financial information. • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English. • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software systems.
