📋 Description
• Main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle. • Working with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers. • Proactively supporting the delivery of all GEO HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices and procedures, ensuring legal compliance. • Developing and maintaining all types of contracts of employment ensuring legal compliance. • Managing complex HR projects/issues with Worker(s)/Clients. • Advising clients on workers' career progressions and promotions. • Advising clients on salary analysis & recommendations. • Worker offboarding along with retirements. • Advising and supporting Management in HR-related responsibilities. • Applying and updating HR policies, procedures and ensuring their communication and compliance. • Maintaining employees’ personal data as per local laws. • Participating in different projects, as requested. • Actively identifying gaps in processes and making recommendations/implement changes necessary to mitigate risk. • Providing ongoing guidance and support to internal teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Line Management as and when requested. • Managing the monthly payroll for all workers ensuring legal compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience and knowledge of Italian Labor Law • Prior management of Employment Terminations is essential • Fluent Italian & English is essential • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues • Focused on results, ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
