• Manage all the work processes related to the clients’ payroll processing, including implementation of new projects in Switzerland. • Maintaining payroll records: new hires, leavers, transfers, contractual changes etc. • Ensuring knowledge of Client contracts of employment, policies, taxation, mandatory insurances and social security regulations – ensuring all payments are duly authorized, correct and compliant. • Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files. • Managing client enquiries via telephone and email. • Building and nurturing the relationship we have with the customer and deliver world class service. • Performing additional duties as required by the operations team. • Maintaining KPI performance on allocation of clients. • Gathering, analyzing, and summarizing financial information; preparing reports for finance department. • Answering inquiries and providing information; researching and resolving payroll problems and discrepancies. • Setting up run schedules for payroll. • Reconciling benefit withholding to statements and making necessary corrections. • Running payroll process for full-time and part-time employees. • Assisting in follow-up of processes. • Assisting in resolution of issues presented by Payroll staff. • Performing payroll processes as assigned. • Organizing/coordinating on-line payroll procedures.
• Minimum A2.2 level in English and German languages, both written and verbal. • French language would be an advantage. • Experience in payroll and personnel administration, or any other related fields. • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor or related field. • Can successfully maintain client accounts, treat requests. • An organized and methodical approach to work. • Ability to work effectively on a solo basis and also within a team environment. • Competent IT user of Excel, Word, payroll system(s). • Ability to do Manual Calculations if necessary. • Ability to work in an agile environment. • Good time management skills. • Good communication skills.
