• The Training, Compliance and Methodology Manager must coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of the Local Markets Operations employees. • The main purpose is to make the most out of people’s talents and help them develop to their full potential. • Monitor legislation and process changes. • Check legislation changes, monitor regular publications. • Permanently check what possibilities exist to make declarations and communications to authorities, funds and insurances, and implement the most automated ones. • Run training material and training sessions for the teams. • Prepare and maintain a training presentation on payroll and usage of Dutch Payroll Software. • Prepare and maintain a "How do I.." / "FAQ" document. • Train all new joiners on Dutch payroll and Dutch Payroll Software. • Train all teams on new legislation, processes and Dutch Payroll Software functionality. • Be the first level of support for all teams on payroll processes and the usage of Dutch Payroll Software. • Collaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all systems. • Put in place controls procedure out and inside payroll software.
• Bachelor’s degree. • Degree in business related field. • 5 year experience on Dutch Payroll minimum. • Past experience as SME or Trainer. • Fluency in English and Dutch, written and oral communication skills are essential. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills. • Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization. • A self-starter personality with ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment. • Strong administration and organizational skills are essential. • High levels of attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Self-directed individual with initiative and demonstrated leadership abilities.
