📋 Description
• Safe Harbors Business Travel is looking for an innovative E-Commerce Travel Technology Manager to lead our technology initiatives that enhance our online booking platforms and overall digital customer experience. • In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies into our travel services, ensuring that we remain a leader in the corporate travel industry. • As our E-Commerce Travel Technology Manager, you will work collaboratively with our marketing team and travel advisors to optimize our online systems, create user-friendly interfaces, and ensure seamless integration of travel solutions. • Your expertise will help drive our digital strategies and enhance our clients' online experiences across all devices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. • Certification in Online Product Administration for at least one of the following OBTs: Concur, Atris, Deem, or Cytric • 3+ years of experience in travel technology • 2+ years in e-commerce management • Strong knowledge of online booking engines, APIs, and travel technology trends. • Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre preferred) and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
