Description

• The Software Product Manager will develop and execute product strategies for healthcare transportation solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product features. • Gather feedback and understand pain points from stakeholders. • Develop user stories, product requirements, and use cases. • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. • Lead sprint planning for projects and prioritize tasks. • Utilize data analytics and KPIs for informed decision-making. • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. • 3-5 years of experience in B2B software product management, preferably within the healthcare, transportation, or logistics industries. • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful software products using agile methodologies. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience translating user needs into product requirements that align with business outcomes. • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Lucid) and data analytics tools such as Mixpanel. • Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare-related compliance standards. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a strong commitment to improving healthcare access. • Demonstrated ability to work with alacrity and a sense of urgency. • Legally authorized to work in the United States. • Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare transportation or patient care industry. • Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and complex software platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
