• SafetyWing is seeking an ambitious and creative Product Manager. • While this position isn't open just yet, we're excited to connect with candidates for opportunities launching in 2025. • We are on a mission to remove the role of geographical borders as a barrier to equal opportunities and freedom for everyone.

Requirements

• Has sharp product sense and sound judgment, can collaborate effectively, and aligns strongly with our mission. • Has strong leadership skills and can make people around them fulfill their potential. • Is comfortable with product development cycles and ready to iterate and innovate on our processes. • Has a growth-oriented mindset and is motivated by challenging growth targets. • Has the ability to plan a project, gather the resources, and see it through to completion, no matter the challenges. • Possesses strong business analysis skills and can translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks. • Has good judgment when creating products that people love. • Extra shine if you have experience in B2B, SaaS, insurtech, or fintech, and have led products from concept to launch. • If you are currently a Business Analyst in a product company and are eager to transition into a more product-focused role, we’d love to hear from you too. • Want to help build a global social safety net on the Internet. • Think for themselves instead of copying others. • Are willing to try new things, even with the risk of failure. • Are intellectually curious and open to new ideas. • Are creative and bold in the face of any problems. • Have strong integrity and do the right thing.
