• Lead the architectural design and implementation of our React migration strategy • Build and maintain scalable Django applications using modern best practices • Drive technical decisions around state management and Django/React integration • Develop RESTful APIs and Django views that enable seamless frontend-backend communication • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver impactful solutions • Champion iterative development approaches that balance quick wins with sustainable architecture • Strong multi-year experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Python/Django • Proven track record of React project delivery • Deep knowledge of Django (models, views, DRF) and web fundamentals • Experience with PostgreSQL and Django ORM • Ability to lead projects and translate requirements into tangible outcomes • Strong communication skills and experience working in remote teams • Enthusiasm for cybersecurity and open-source software
