• Involved in planning and coordination of design activities for project deadlines • Provide input and support to Chief Engineers • Lead and develop team members across multiple programmes
Requirements
• Mechanical / Aerospace / Structural Engineering degree • Significant experience gained in project leadership through a full programme lifecycle • Highly proficient in Catia V5 • Experience using Smarteam • Strong ability to plan and schedule design activities across multiple design modules • Effective communication skills, able to clearly define expectations and gain understanding • Experience managing a team
