Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness. β€’ Manage Social Media Presence: Oversee the creation, execution, and monitoring of social media strategies to enhance client visibility and engagement. β€’ Budget Management: Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within scope and cost-efficiency. β€’ Develop Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement creative strategies for driving growth and client engagement across digital platforms. β€’ Stay Current with Trends: Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends to ensure the agency remains competitive in the marketplace. β€’ Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for client growth. β€’ Healthcare Thought Leadership: Stay informed of healthcare trends and industry news, sharing insights via social media and thought leadership content.

Requirements

β€’ Education: Undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field. β€’ Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B and B2C contexts. β€’ Healthcare Expertise: Prior experience in healthcare marketing is preferred, with knowledge of industry nuances and trends. β€’ Digital Marketing Channels Expertise: In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. β€’ Technical Skills: Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and marketing automation software (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot). β€’ Google AdWords Experience: Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. β€’ Content Management and A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing and optimizing content through data-driven insights. β€’ Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive performance improvements. β€’ Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines. β€’ Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence teams, clients, and partners. β€’ Innovative Thinker: Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Team Collaboration: A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and leadership.
