• Clarifying project scope. • Documenting detailed business requirements. • Meeting with stakeholders and providing updates. • Partnering with technology groups. • Supporting change management and go-to-market details. • Communicating with impacted stakeholders and leadership. • Serving as a subject matter expert in commercial BOP and residential surplus line business. • Supporting product adoption and changes. • Identifying and recommending process improvements. • Monitoring program performance. • Handling ad-hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements
• 8+ years of insurance industry experience in Underwriting or Product Development. • Experience in project management and technology concepts. • Experience documenting business requirements. • Expertise in quoting and policy administration. • A “do-what-it-takes” attitude. • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills. • Strong critical thinking skills. • Awareness and sensitivity to customer experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
