📋 Description
• Develop and implement changes that impact integration partners within our insurance products • Maintain and update integration partner carrier routing rules • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and workflows. • Manage and monitor integrations for operational health using various analytic platforms and identify potential areas for improvement • Support the onboarding of new integrations partners • Design, develop, and implement integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial, Computer science, or related field. • Applied knowledge of SQL/XML /JSON language stacks and API calls. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in creating functional documentation. • Knowledge of source control best practices • Previous experience in the Insurance industry, preferably Property & Casualty. • Experience using Visual Studio Code and GitLab. • Advanced experience in Postman. • Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, Python, R.
