📋 Description
• Develop, modernize, and maintain API solutions for financial accounting of insurance policies. • Design, implement, and test services and APIs. • Make data-based decisions for system improvement. • Communicate technical plans and decisions through documentation. • Mentor and coach fellow engineers. • Provide cross-team direction and influence API implementation.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant expertise in Java development. • Experience developing and integrating with RESTful APIs. • Strong understanding of SQL and experience with queries and stored procedures. • Experience in the full lifecycle of micro-services: design, development, and maintenance. • Proven track record of providing technical leadership within cross-functional teams, including defining project technical direction. • Highly preferred candidates also have: • Working knowledge of Temporal. • Proficiency in Spring Boot development. • Experience with cloud-native technologies, including AWS and Kubernetes for container orchestration. • Familiarity with the Insurtech or Fintech landscape.
