🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in marketplaces. • Over 5+ years of experience in Product Management, utilizing agile methodologies in web development. • 1+ years of experience in team leadership; managing globally diverse teams is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focus on data-informed decision-making. • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to achieve on-time, on-budget results. • Skilled in managing new requests, translating them into feature sets, breaking them down into actionable tasks. • Proficient in communicating complex and innovative ideas to product development teams. • Experienced in fast-paced SaaS environments; familiarity with product-led growth is beneficial. • Capable of converting business objectives and stakeholder needs into practical solutions. • Creative in managing diverse customer needs, adapting to changing requirements, handling shifting priorities. • Proactive in identifying potential challenges and uncovering new opportunities. • Self-motivated with strong ability to independently resolve business challenges. • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
