📋 Description
• Write code in Kotlin (and perhaps other languages down the line) to develop our back end systems. • Communicate clearly with our business and product partners to understand their requirements. • Be an advocate for best practices around testing, design, observability, etc. • Collaborate with, learn from, and teach others on the team about languages, tooling, techniques, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of software engineering or relevant experience. • Proficiency in programming with Kotlin or similar languages (e.g. Java, C#). • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and confidence with core SQL. • Experience with git or other version control systems. • Experience with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services preferred). • Application architecture and design patterns; experience in building RESTful APIs. • An empathetic mindset and willingness to learn.
