Description

• We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our global Web3 and AI communities. • This role is central to building meaningful relationships, expanding our community, and driving engagement through events, content, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or operations, with a focus on growth and engagement • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and generate actionable insights • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of brand tone • Proficiency in tools like Notion, Canva, Figma, and basic video editing software • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently • General understanding of Web3, blockchain, and AI technologies • Creativity in content creation, with a keen eye on emerging trends and Gen Z preferences • Experience hosting or organizing successful community events (e.g., AMAs, webinars, meetups)
