Description

• Execute and continually optimise a comprehensive new hire onboarding and sales enablement training programs • Work with Subject Matter Experts across the Company to improve existing content, and create new content as required • Build out and lead the overall sales development program • Project manage the company’s partnership with Challenger • Establish key performance indicators to track sales training program efficiency • Work with internal teams to create and package high-value field tools • Identify third party vendors to fill skill gaps as needed • In conjunction with business owners, manage overall budget for engagements with third party vendors • Coordinate the company’s annual Sales Kick Off and other quarterly meetings • Communicate wins and champion successes with programs such as Win Announcements, New Hire Announcements, etc. • Other projects and duties as needed

Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent relatable experience is required • Extensive experience in a Sales Enablement function is critical to success • Proven experience training on salesforce.com and CPQ required • Superior writing, presentation and verbal communication skills across various audiences • Proactive, self-motivated and self-directed. Able to drive deliverables and results cross-functionally • Ability to work independently on a team, and as a leader • Complex problem-solving ability, solutions oriented • Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills • Familiarity with SAI360 existing tools (Salesforce.com, CPQ, Excel, Smartsheets, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Loopio, Salesloft, Zoominfo, etc.), and an interest in learning other internal tools • Familiarity with Challenger, Miller Heiman or other sales methodologies • Ability to travel to internal events (as required)
