Description

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules; • All aspects of salesforce.com CPQ configuration and management including SKU setup/deactivation, configuring and managing pricing rules, mail merge templates, quote templates, quote terms, product rules and option constraints; • All aspects of Certinia (PSA) configuration and management including project creation and clicklink rule configuration, permission controls, billing events, assignments and timecard settings, Scheduled APEX jobs, Work Calendars, etc; • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports; • Sandbox environment management; • Identify unused or under-utilized platform features; • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed; • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer; • Working with integrated applications including Docusign, Hubspot, NetSuite, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Zoominfo, SalesLoft, Loopio.

Requirements

• Strong salesforce.com product knowledge with previous experience of Salesforce Administrator hands-on experience; • Certified Salesforce Administrator is critical to success; • Experience gathering requirements from vague concepts with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams; • Experience understanding commercial business drivers and an appreciation of these in the context of technology; • Experience working in an Agile methodology environment is desirable; • Salesforce –LWC, Lightning, SOQL & SOSL Queries; • An understanding of web technologies and web application development is desirable; • Formal diploma or certification in IT, business, engineering or a comparable field; • Excellent written skills producing documentation to a high standard; • Outstanding verbal communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills; • Sound knowledge of project methodologies, frameworks and tools with strong experience using SDLC; • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and take a pro-active approach to knowledge building both in relation to the business and systems landscape; • Poses strong risk assessment skills with the ability to look at the bigger picture while still thinking tactically; • Strong analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving initiative.
