πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Partner with the Non-Employee Risk Management Application Teams to build and maintain resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS (software as a service) applications that meet established SLAs (service level agreements) β€’ Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response β€’ Monitor site stability and performance and troubleshoot service issues β€’ Automate the scaling infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand β€’ Manage cross-functional requirements working with Engineering, Product, and Centralized DevOps teams to maintain core platform standards while supporting rapid service development. β€’ Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production β€’ Develop and improve operational practices and procedures β€’ Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance, such as (but not limited to) ISO27001, SOC1, SOC2, IRAP, C5, etc. β€’ Must be willing to be part of an on-call rotation β€’ Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding β€’ Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning β€’ Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts β€’ Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for a SaaS or cloud service provider β€’ 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure environments; AWS strongly preferred β€’ Release automation (GitHub Actions preferred) with CI/CD pipelines β€’ Linux administration, and Linux debugging experience , RHCE or similar desired β€’ Experience using programming languages (Python, Ruby on Rails) to manage cloud environments at scale β€’ Experience in the following: MongoDB, SQL, HashiStack, Kafka, Redis, kubernetes β€’ Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques β€’ Ability to operate in an agile environment that is rapidly evolving β€’ Have excellent communication skills- English fluency of C1 or higher preferred β€’ Bachelor's degree in computer science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
