• Solution Architects begin with product training and leverage experience to understand our SaaS and Software solutions. • They serve as the technical leads on customer projects, employing communication skills and industry knowledge. • They establish themselves as consultative experts and trusted advisors within the SailPoint Services organization over time. • Responsibilities include gathering requirements, educating customers, assisting with project analysis, and delivering technical training.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm; • 3+ years of software implementation experience • Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration • Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners • Experience with some of the following: XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers • Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms • Relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) • NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) • Directories (LDAP, AD) • Java, BeanShell, JavaScript Node.js • Enterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow) • Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Front-end language experience (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue.js) • Preferred: SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ a significant advantage • Familiarity with other identity governance vendors such as Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell a plus • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts a plus • Familiarity with role-based access controls and least-privileged access models a plus • Experience with project management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation) • Experience with quality assurance duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans) • Security software or IT audit experience
