Description

• The Data Architect reviews and analyzes current data infrastructures, plans future databases, and implements solutions to store and manage data for the organization and its users. • This role also supports the design, development, testing, implementation of processes that pull data from various source systems and integrate it into the data warehouse.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. • Five years of enterprise-level experience, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree may be considered. • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience. • Experience within a healthcare environment, preferred. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge in Cloud/ Big Data solutions or related technologies. • Working knowledge of data management and governance concepts. • Expertise in data architecture concepts such as data modeling, workflow management, ETL/ELT, and real time streaming. • Knowledge utilizing Microsoft Azure/Synapse/Power BI, SSIS, Epic EHR, or Workday ERP. • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices. • Excellent technical/non-technical oral and written communication skills. • Strong analytical ability to solve both business and technical problems with strong attention to detail. • Proficiency working on concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
