Description
• Responsible for driving sales, profit, and all metrics in district • Manage training, IDPs, and talent succession • Develop, motivate, and manage a leadership team • Monitor performance management and compliance • Oversee the district's inventory strategy and communicate policies • Support company initiatives and maintain adherence to HR policies
Requirements
• 4 year degree preferred • 10+ years of leadership experience • Ability to develop, plan and execute strategies • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities • Goal oriented focus with demonstrated ability to motivate a leadership team
