• Proven experience with modern frameworks and tools such as Python, React, Next.js, MySQL, Django, and Git (or similar technologies). • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new frameworks as needed. • Agentic technology. • At least 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in agentic technology. • Prior experience in an agile, fast-moving AI startup or product environment where you served as a lead technical resource. • A strong understanding of AI-driven product development, with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered applications. • Bonus: Experience working with AI voice agent technology. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of holding meaningful technical conversations with both technical and non-technical audiences. • A bias for action: you move quickly, iterate fast, and are relentless in driving product impact. • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and proactively solve problems without waiting for direction.
