• 期待される責務 • 信頼されるアドバイザーとしてお客様の成功にフォーカスし、お客様の戦略を理解した上でプロジェクトに参加し高生産性、高品質、高保守性を有するプログラム、ドキュメント、開発・実行環境構築を推進する • Salesforceが提供するノーコード、ローコード、プロコードを理解し、顧客要件や制約も理解した上で、適切な要素技術を選択し開発する • アプリケーションレベルのアーキテクチャを設計し、開発・テストを実施する • プロトタイプ構築・技術検証を実施する • 顧客要件とBestPracticeやReferenceを十分理解したうえで詳細ソリューションをデザインし、実装および単体テストを実施する • 開発ガイド・規約といった開発標準を作成し、展開する • 開発・運用プロセスを管理・効率化するCI/CDの構成や構築を行う • お客様や他のSalesforce Architectおよびビジネスパートナーとコミュニケーションを密接に行い、信頼の獲得および期待値の管理を遂行する • Salesforceエキスパートとして認定資格取得および新しいプロダクトや技術、開発手法を継続的に学習する • Saleforceがグローバルで保有するベストプラクティス・ナレッジ・メソドロジーを学び、活用し、かつ自己の経験に基づいたナレッジの蓄積へ貢献する • グローバルの製品開発チームやアーキテクトと協力しお客様の課題解決を遂行する • 社内外で情報発信を行い、パートナーエコシステムやTrailbrazerコミュニティの拡大へ貢献する • チームメンバーのメンタリング、支援、育成を行う(シニアメンバー)
🎯 Requirements
• 複雑なアプリケーションを適切な思考で設計から開発、テストまで実施できる • 顧客環境や制約を理解し、開発体制・CI/CDの手法やプロセスを決定し導入できる • 設計やプログラミングにおける方法論に関する知識があり、それらを実務で活用できる • 日本語、英語に関わらず必要な情報を短時間で理解し、業務に活用できる • 他人が理解しやすいドキュメントやソースコードが作成できる • 1人のプロフェッショナルなArchitectとして責任感とオーナーシップを持って複雑な案件でも仕事が遂行できる • 他メンバーと協調しチームで仕事ができる • 新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心を有している
