• Salesforce Customer Company inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM • Manage, grow, and scale a diverse team for Technical Architecture • Provide oversight to large delivery engagements and assist with pre-sales activities • Collaborate with Global Delivery Assurance on project leadership and initiatives • Develop and grow the team’s consulting skills, industry knowledge, and leadership capabilities • Identify and coach future people leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed • Able to effectively consult, facilitate, and advise at the executive level • Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce platform • Must have Salesforce implementation consulting experience or direct experience implementing Salesforce • Deep understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and experience successfully delivering client projects • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • People Leadership experience
