• Lead the pursuit of a simplified, lasting Revenue Systems architecture to withstand our growth. • Collaborate with the Systems leaders on the strategic vision for technology solutions, driving continuous improvement. • Collaborate with key business leaders to provide a best practice, leading-edge technology experience for our internal Lofters and customers. • Drive an efficient requirements gathering, solution development process, and deliver tested solutions that exceed expectations. • Have the vision and experience to confidently deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5-7 years experience with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Systems Management, or Business Process Optimization • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or Salesforce Developer Certification and 4+ years of administering and developing Salesforce • Demonstrated strong experience building custom Apex, Lightning Components, and complex Flow within Salesforce • Experience with custom system integrations (i.e. custom API, Workato, Tray.io, etc) • Deep knowledge and development experience with the Salesforce CPQ architecture • Familiarity with CPQ Multi-dimensional quoting architecture preferred • Experience in Salesforce Lightning development • Self-starting and focused on personal growth • Javascript experience preferred • Salesloft experience is a plus • Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a plus • CRM < > ERP integration experience is a plus
